Ek Zuban is a small press based in Tees Valley that focusses on publishing poetry in bi-lingual editions as a means of expanding the cultural vistas of Teesside and raising the profile of North East writers on the international stage. Ek Zuban also publishes the radical graphic illustrated magazine KENAZ, and occasional books on social history from the Tees valley area.

Ek Zuban' means 'One Voice' in Urdu - we all speak in our individual poetic voices but speak in one voice in believing that creativity is a bridge between peoples that can make enrichment of all our world views possible.
